Code of Ethics
Last updated: 6 October 2026
As a non-profit organisation, DIEUMAG puts continuous improvement at the service of Cameroon's development. This charter sets out the values and rules of conduct shared by our members, teams, volunteers and partners, both in our assignments and in the platforms we publish, including MOZAIQ.
1. Our values
- Integrity: we act honestly and honour our commitments.
- Respect for the individual: our approach is human above all.
- Usefulness: every project must create real, measurable value for those it serves.
- Transparency: we are accountable for our actions and for the use of our resources.
- Excellence: we strive to improve every day, in the spirit of KAIZEN.
2. Anti-corruption
We reject all forms of corruption, whether active or passive, influence peddling and facilitation payments. No benefit, gift or invitation may be offered or accepted if it is likely to influence a decision. Customary gifts of low value are tolerated provided they remain exceptional and transparent.
3. Conflicts of interest
Everyone shall declare without delay any situation in which a personal, family or financial interest could influence their judgement, and shall withdraw from the decision concerned.
4. Combating money laundering and terrorist financing
We apply a strict due diligence procedure to our clients, partners and financial flows, described in our AML/CFT procedure.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
Information entrusted to us by our clients and the data of users of our platforms are processed confidentially, solely for the stated purposes and in accordance with Cameroonian legislation on the protection of personal data. See our privacy policy.
6. Respect for people and non-discrimination
We guarantee fair treatment to everyone, without distinction as to origin, sex, religion, opinion, disability or social status, and we do not tolerate any form of harassment.
7. Fair competition and truthful information
We present our services and results truthfully, without misleading promises, and we comply with the rules of fair competition.
8. Social and environmental responsibility
We give priority to local skills and partners, and we seek to reduce waste of all kinds, in line with the Lean principles we teach.
9. Whistleblowing and enforcement
Anyone who witnesses a breach of this charter may report it in good faith, in strict confidence, to support@dieumag.com. No retaliatory measures will be taken against a whistleblower acting in good faith. Proven breaches give rise to measures which may extend to termination of the relationship.
